Of course you have negative experiences at work sometimes but from what I have worked, it’s not been truly worth it. I hope you find what you’re looking for! (P.S. Starting pay for assistants usually start at 11-15$ an hour where I live. I live in a smaller area so that could change if you live in a bigger city.)
@@lostinsauces Thanks for responding....Yea so Im looking at doing most likely DH because I work at Trader Joes and already make 18.85 hr and get 1.50 hr raise a year So it would be financially silly to do DA or Orthrodotics assistant- there both good but I wouldnt make much more money plus would have to pay for baby sitting of 3 kids - so I would loose alot of money from that....Hopefully your job interview went well....Check out udemy online and take classes for Orthrodotics there are so many ....Most are 199.00 some are cheaper But Im sure you will learn alot and look good on your resume....I purchased oral biology and dentin course and oral pathology and more... Also colgate has professional courses online for free.
What is the difference between baby teeth and primary teeth? Why I can’t just use numbers ?
It’s the same thing. They’re both your first set of teeth
Yup they are the same!
How long do u have do college if u wanna be ortho assistant
Depends but some programs are 6 weeks while others are 9 months or so. No college required.
Why don’t you guys use the Damon System?
Was never really a fan of self-ligating brackets.
You think its a good idea to go into orthodontist without experience?
I think experience is better if you can.
Where is part 2?
Hello umm i just got my elastics changed and they showed me where to put them but then they took them off because they told me to wear them at night. I got home and i forgot where to put them but they said to put them on 334 which i guess is the placement? now i just need to figure out where that is can you please help me? 😭😭 they already closed so i cant call either😞
