I am a total n00b when it comes to all this stuff but unless we get sponsors, we won't be able to hire professional film editors. We may not be doing special effects, but I'll be checking out more of your videos just for the fun of it! ^_^

Basically to do this; you need some kind of mask reference (latex mask) SAME ANGLE. LIKE SAME ANGLE NO CHANGES NO CAMERA MOVEMENT. CANVAS. Then you manually rotoscope because Automatic is lame (You can do it to make it easier but it lame) That's pretty much it. Then you use the head you want to replace for the new head (50% opacity to see compare motion; then 100% when done) that will be underneath that head which follows the actual mask and then utilizing the Puppet-Warp Tool while it is being manually tracked/parented/manually following the shape of the actual mask. With motion blur on for cleaner look.
