X is just basically a Sport model. I had a 2006 TJ for a bit. Get ready to drop some bank for a hardtop!!!!! Oh and don’t forget to do the “Jeep Wave” 👋. Every time you see another one. Lol. Seems that only applies to CJ, YJ, TJ, JK, JL,JT, and XJ owners. Yes I do know this stuff because I work at a Jeep dealership.

Sport has the rear Dana 44 . The X has the disposable Dana 35 .
