I agreed with Prof. Kila, the speech by the president may be good but has almost zero impact. I expect the president and his handlers to have discussed the strategies to bring the cost of petrol down (the main trigger of inflation) and then come out to unveil it to Nigerians in a practical and realistic ways. For example they could have met with Dangote refinery and work out possible ways to bring the price of fuel down within the shortest time frame. If president Tinubu had done this, many Nigerians including the protesters would have been appealed to and give benefits of doubt to the administration. I hope somebody will pass this message to them.

Most of the things the President is doing will take a while to materialize. I don't understand why Arise News is in the habit of minimizing the efforts of the President.

God bless professor kila, the man is loaded, we can’t be referring to long term effects of tinubu policy alone, because we don’t know what it will turn to, he should try and put things in order to cushion the suffering, which is the short term effect people are hungry.

Tinubu have no plans. He is a politician who belieeves in oiling his inner circle more than the people. He isnt bothereed becuse he will rigg his way in again thats why he keeps the likes of wike to always help him do the dirty job

    What a Country !!
Talking about the Paris Olympics - Whenever it is time to put Nigeria favourably on the world stage, I look for those who say they own Nigeria but can't see them.
Who do we see - mostly the Igbos - going way back the Nigeria's first ever gold medal in the Olympics Ms Ajunnwa to Dick Tiger in boxing to Power Mike in wrestling to Kill Wee in wt lifting to dizens of stars in Football. Even as we speak, we have the Ofilis, the Chukwuebukas, the Ogazi's, the Okezie's, the Anyanacho's(my Cousin) in Tyquando and dozens of others now flying the Nigerian flag in Paris. ----- IGBO MUST GO INDEED !!!!!!!
