Oh My God! This was real, I knew it! I saw this episode when I was a kid, I forgot most of it but I remembered bits here and there like the toad on the classroom and feeling so sorry for the kids that got stuck in the tree and principals office, thought it was all a fever dream for the longest time lol! Now if only I could track down the tv series about a puppet dog who animated a cartoon dog detective, or is that the fever dream, haha!?
So when's the annotated experiment going to do satirical annotations on this show? I'd be more than curious to see his/her perspective on this cartoon.
darkstarenegade I don't think he could handle how incredibly stupid and girly it all is. I'm personally waiting for annotation station to do annotations on the whole series.

I believe the TV series you're looking for is Dog City as I remember seeing an episode or two of it.
With the new DVD, I can watch that episode in HD now.
