Shanti Sukmawati Elijah wood has played for Grace since the beginning of her AGT time. All of those live performance where she had a back up band, I am pretty sure Elijah was the drummer. Ben Masters played with Grace most of the time after AGT. He was on tour with her except for a few dates in which Elijiah filled in. He also traveled with her while she was opening for Imagine Dragons.
Shanti Sukmawati The band you see in this video is the lineup that was on her solo tour. Destiny Petrel on guitar, Ben Masters on drum, and the keyboard player is Gabe but I am not sure of his last name.

didn't watch the show. thought it was strange to have that irish accent on stage in the song i saw. I just assumed their family moved to NY from somewhere else. This song has a different accent so what do i know.

I agree, among other things she does and has going for her. When she sings words like that extended “know” here and also in her ‘River’ cover, I always dig it and find it interesting. I don’t know where the little accent is from, but I also think it sounds like just a bit of an inflection done while singing?

I think she's probably one of the most talented live singers. I prefer some of her demos to the studio work. When she gets emotional and voice cracks and all, its perfect.

I was listening to a video reaction to her singing "Darkness Keeps Chasing me" and the guy said the same thing, "How can her live acoustic version of the song be better than the studio?" I think it's because that is the sign of a true artist, she can't be faked, it is what will make her concerts worth going to even more.

@Abe Roman She doesn't want it to sound the same , cause Grace does cover as originals . She puts herself in the writers perspective , that's what artist do , she not a karaoke singer . I never listened to Riptide til Grace covered it , Vance's sounds boring to me. I think she did some of these early covers because they were easy to learn on the uke.

I remember when I subscribed to Grace while she was still competing on AGT and there were just normal, everyday covers, and now she's officially producing her great music. The growth in Grace is just so beyond incredible.

Grace has absolutely made this song her own. This is a masterpiece performance. Because of the setting it is much more subdued than she normally does it which forces much more attention paid to her dynamics and it just turned out so incredibly soulful, powerful and just down-right tasty. WAY beyond her 14 years (and 2 years or so as a pro)! A true prodigy.
