This is not the USA however I say to all Jamaicans if the Prime Minister has to resign because he owns, operates and associates himself with business and is head of this country. Then every other head of state around the world should also resign. All the members of parliament should also resign. Let him who has no sin cast the first stone.
1. Mark Golding are you telling Jamaica that while you go to lengths to smear the reputation of this nations Leader, that you as the opposition leader has/have no business outside of your role in parliament?
2. Is this also stating that no Prime Minister after Andrew Holness can hold the office of Prime Minister and operate a business?
3. The prime minister of Jamaica is not the wealthiest man resident to this country. Why do you need to acquire the exact means and ways to how a individual gains wealth?
This makes zero sense and is merely a distraction to the people of Jamaica. You want The prime minister of out of office? Do it correctly and vote him out stop smear a good man’s name and reputation in his own country.

1. Where is the money coming from?
2. Report zero in tax
No business is mandated to pay taxes. Taxes are monies which a business or individual chooses to contribute. Now if no business files taxes in Jamaica that business is liable for late fees. The business cannot be investigated because they did not file taxes.
You and every other person distracted by this keeps asking “where is the money coming from” that is a very good question. However if the business must prove this to everyone who ask or for the sake of the inquiries this is what would happen; for every single transaction the origin/source of funds, details must be acquired this means that each individual or business that have contributed to these companies would need to be subpoenaed to provide the information to the court and the court can publish this information at will.
Now you also said something about the loan. Do you know what kind of loan it was if it was secure or insecure? In the document from the ICC it states it was an insecure loan and this would make sense if the business could show a proper cash flow and provide adequate bank statements showing equal or surplus amount of capital funds. So lame man terms if Andrew company can show that they moved $20,000,000 last year or a month ago they are liable to receive any insecure loan from any banking institution.
Is there anything else you want to point out about this matter because I’m telling you that it’s a waste of time Jamaican people are being brainwashed to believe that he Andrew Holness is somehow doing something illegal. Let me state this he has done nothing illegal based on what I have reviewed. He has violated no law. Honestly this is the FACT OF THE MATTER.
