Li Guang (184-119 BC[1]) was a Chinese military general of the Western Han dynasty. Nicknamed "Flying General" by the Xiongnu, he fought primarily in the campaigns against the nomadic Xiongnu tribes to the north of China. He was known to the Xiongnu as a tough opponent when it came to fortress defense, and his presence was sometimes enough for the Xiongnu to abort a siege.
@12:09 If troops if higher health have less injured than lower health I think it's balanced that they recive less healing. That way the function works proportionally and does not favor troops based on tiers. Also... why is it so strange having a commander with a skill that might favor T4 a bit?
Yeah I can understand that, but that also means that adding iconic health stats makes you healing worse which is odd and also when we talk about true damage based on healing, it completely throws things into whacky territory lol
It's the same technical verbiage as the other healing commanders. Zeno for example is "for a potion of their slightly wounded units (Healing Factor 300)". The skill strength is the healing factor + modifiers (formation, talents, skills) which gives you the end total. The true damage should then be whatever percentage of the total healing value was. It doesn't state the more units healed the more damage it does.
There is also true damage buffs in Dark and Darker, for those who play, we know that true damage is very good when there are a lot of other buffs and debuffs applying at the same time. My guess is that it will be around 700-1000 damage factor ( if the damage scales with troop capacity ). And i think it could be extremely good, like a wolf in sheeps clothing. :)
Technically the description of the active skill didn’t mention that the health stat of the defending march would be ignored, it only mentioned the defense attribute. Maybe it’s implied but it’s also possible the health stat will be considered in the formula
15:23 other games make lower tier troops still useful in fighting. You could make a tanky city by having millions of T1-T3s as a buffer in Lords Mobile. And your T4-T5 would kill everyone who attacks you because the lower tier would die first.
I think this will bring boudica prime back into meta for healing. Im wondering if the mighty heal will be only primary commander skill activation or if it will be during heal becuase I can't see Lilith allowing us to get away with safely and smartly using t4 to win because they benefit most from people paying to reach T5
This is Lilith’s way to combat leaks. Since these started making info early there’s been no real need for leaks for them to have to combat on new comms.
Honestly, higher health giving lower healing makes sense, if a healing skill heals 10000 health, and t1 has 100 health, while t5 has 500, obv t1 will get more troops back
in my opinion, the True Damage is a damage which cannot be blocked or lowered with your defense or health, no matter how high your def and health, the true damage won't be affected by them. So, this could be broken.. That's why lilith add this mighty healing which is not really a good skill, to balancing this commander ability in dealing damage. This is only my opinion, could be wrong too.
Subutai could be a possibility as well would love to see him support Genghis Khan but the healing is throwing me off but if its a female someone like Mandukhai Khatun a descendants of Genghis Khan could be possible too.
Mighty heal strength impacted by reductions to healing. So you counter a healing/counterattack archer garrison with Saladin? (50% heal reduction, 29% counterattack reduction)
Is so low punch. Saladin is 1700 damage no all damage (except citys) no skill damage and only 20 attack. You reducing healing but you also dealing almost 0 damage compared to lets say nev justinian
My prediction: Second slill: 40% Defense + 10% March speed + 5% Normal damage Third skill: 10% Normal damage taken reduction Fourth skill: 20% healing received increase Last skill: 20% Counter attack + 10 More Counter Attack
True damage is the most op damage , it negates all types of defence, it cannot be buffed nor reduced the damage from it ! The only way to counter true damage is high HP!
I don't think the true damage would be good. Because it turns your total damage into normal. You get 30% total damage from the Kifak, 50% from the Ring, and a lot of other damage that the true damage doesn't benefit from. Also, let's not forget that the attacking statistics are higher than the defense, so the loss of the garrison to the attack will be higher than the loss of the attacker to his defense.
@@OmniarchOfficial i played trap city for years, before giving up the game shortly before gorgo joined the game. I was quite upset when they nerfed t1 when they fight t5 and it killed my whole strategy
Tides is 2m you can send whatever t5-t1 the troop standby mechanics can only be t5. Was a good way for people to abuse farm filling. Farms will be mostly t4 if you have tons of t5 in a kd than you have a insane high seed
I think you mistaken the actual troop healing amount with true damage. What It meant is: It will use the Health Stats to calculate the damage, which scaled with amount of heal received, instead of using the difference between attack of the attacker and defense of the receiver to calculate the damage.
The way it's worded is that the more units that are healed (or could be, if capped), the more damage you deal, regardless of your stats or enemy stats.
@@OmniarchOfficial We know that it will use certain factor. Damage Factor scale of the (attack/defense)x troops as the base. For healing factor, the (health) x troop as the base. The division of health in DF or Square root of health in healing just to translate into how many unit getting killed/healed (scale with troop stats). Richard having healing factors of 1400, or the "heal strength". The explanation is just to say: "How much capacity it can heal, not the actual unit it actually heal" meaning it does not based on the actual unit you recover. Couple with True damage explanation, meaning they just replace (attack*defense) x troop with just (health) x troop. Key word: "Capable of healing", "not actual number of unit healed"
I think lower tier is not superior for healing. "Heal strength" is what the skill calculates, NOT the number of healed units. So when your commander heals, they generate let's say 1000 heal strength points (kind of like shields work). If your troops have high health stat, that's enough for say 50 units. If health stat is lower, it will heal 56 units. So a higher health stat is still desirable.

I don't think T1 could keep up with the damage + swarms, they will die right away or become sev. wound, before healing even kicks in.
Most likely yeah hahaha

Yeah I could imagine that as well for sure - very consistent in a chaotic environment
Think about this as a city garrison if true damage scales with troop count. Also the expertise deals more counter attack if you outnumber your target

While the Healing formula is valid for normal healing, we don't know how "Mighty" Healing works
T4 healing in field or in garrison is going to result in more severely wounded/dead units at the end of the fight.
Mighty Healing + Circular AoE? Another chaining march added to the bag 🤣
I think this will bring boudica prime back into meta for healing. Third skill: 10% Normal damage taken reduction
Fourth skill: 20% healing received increase
Last skill: 20% Counter attack
+ 10 More Counter Attack
Wonder if the AoE heals of players surrounding the stucture = more damage.
It makes sense tho. They have higher defense and health so they still a bunch left out there
Just remember, we dont know how it works until we actually know how it works, no matter what the description says lol
True damage is the most op damage , it negates all types of defence, it cannot be buffed nor reduced the damage from it ! The only way to counter true damage is high HP!
Might have made more sense to cannibalize the attacker’s health in proportion to healing strength.
So this means iconic basic stats bonuses also works only worse for healing? That's funny
Literally yes lol
Lliith is like a businessman that will go bankrupt and start to cheap sale everythings
what i understand about true damage is pure damge never been countered of any types of def or debuff..
Any idea of what the archer commander coming looks like
