Anchored cruise ship passengers hopeful for departure from Belfast

More than 100 passengers who left Belfast harbour on a round the world luxury cruise remain anchored a couple of miles offshore.
The cruise company said it cannot set course for the open seas until some final paperwork is sorted.
The ship, the Villa Vie Odyssey, remains in situ just off Groomsport at the mouth of Belfast Lough.
