As a San Diego resident and occasional home tour watcher I can confidently say that I have no idea who is buying this style of property. Location is good, lot size is average, interior is cramped, price is inflated. It's as if this city's housing market is so detached from it's economic opportunities that our houses must stay small for we have not the liquidity for staff.
