    I've been having trouble with a large range of data; trying to average results from 3 brands, three auditors and their audit scores. Each time I used averageifs it returned a #VALUE! error. Your last solution worked. Thank you so much... just need to build my dashboard now!!!

    What should I do if I want to average the data of month JAN and Feb, excluding March, through the use of the last shown solution (AVERAGEIFS) ?

      @@RenierWessels Hello There thank you for that amazing equation first, I tried using this in average ifs but it always returns this error "Argument must be a range"
      Is there a solution for that?

    This is the exact same issue I've been facing and trying to solve since last week.🤩Thank you very much for sharing. This is very informative for me👍 however I have the 2013 version of Excel so the first solution (filter function) I can't use🤯 and the third solution is easy but I can not change the format of my database.😶‍🌫
    Apart from that i have same but little different issue, i have dates where you have put months and i have to take out average by months and its not working i kindly request you to help me out.🤞
    I will send you my excel sheet🤲 Thanksssss
