In recent years, Taiwan has been making some amazing efforts to improve the sustainability of its farming and fishing industries. There has been a huge push toward organic and eco-friendly farming and fishing, as well as food education and traceability. Not only are these efforts helping to reduce Taiwan's environmental impact, but it's also making the food produced here safer and healthier for its citizens. I traveled all around the island filming this video, and it was a pleasure to explore beautiful and relatively unknown locations, as well as having the chance to learn a great deal about how Taiwan is taking steps to improve its natural environment.
近年來，台灣為促進農業和漁業的永續性做出的努力，讓人讚嘆。大力推動著有機和環境友善農漁業、食農教育及農產品生產追溯制度。這些努力不僅有助於減少對台灣環境的影響，更可以讓台灣民眾在糧食安全及健康上，食用更安心。我以環島旅遊方式拍攝這支影片，也很高興能探索台灣還未被發掘的美景，同時有機會了解台灣對於改善自然環境正採取的措施。
