    You have the right to choose who you work with just like they have the right to choose who trains them. Coach my dad always said not everyone will like you don't let it bother you. In my eyes you are a very smart man and I trust your instinct on who is right for you

    we all go through to cool for school at some level at some point, some learn the lesson, that we are not & hopefully change (y)our ways.

      I have to politely disagree. My dad would have pulled me by the chain and removed all opportunities immediately. You respect those that you hire, ask questions, validate the process and trust the process. My dad always said, "Don't be stupid and argue with success. Ask questions, learn and apply. You will always be successful". Miss my dad and appreciate you taking the time to comment.

    The thing about the “athlete” business is that the maturity of the “brain” business runs on its own clock. Let the athlete prove that they’ve learned from the situation, then work with them again and make it an even bigger success story if you want to see how good you and your team are.
    You have nothing to lose at this point. Unless he disrespected your organization is some major public way, this can all just be a part of a young athlete’s journey and you are the guiding light.

    • @CoachRobbBeams

      You are spot on! The key word you used was disrespected. The irony is that the individual I parted ways with has gone through a few more "trainers" in the last year. See a pattern here. It is always someone else's fault. I can't work with someone who doesn't hold themselves accountable first and foremost. Thank you for watching!

    I used coaches free information and have made great improvements in my life. Provides great free information, calls it like it is, seems humble and genuine, called deegan going to star when everyone called him a what?... A-hole. See the trend? Coach can't always be right but he ain't wrong either!

    I haven't been here for a while. Great video. Most athletes don't really understand the fundamentals that you are preaching. Your not an asshole and I know you know that. My wife is the nutritionist/chef/ ( her title but she does so much more) here at ClubMX, and your not alone! Most all young athletes think they know everything weather its racing success at the local level or the pro level. Then parents get in the way because they read that such and such eats tons of carbs, trains at high intensity all the time, etc. It's a recipe for disaster.......
    Her most successful athlete might be the owner of ClubMX. He is the only one that gets his blood work done, follows the nutritional rules (her words, as they aren't guidelines when it comes to performance) and it shows in his road to Loretta's this year.
    Hope I get to talk to you one on one sometime. I should have taken the time at the Yamaha event at Lazy River 2 years ago, but me and my boy were racing and we left to get to the motel Saturday evening. We needed that rest.

      Thank you for your insight. Some parents have lost perspective on the process associated with success. Isn't it ironic that Brandon has a successful race team, facility and solid race career AND he gets his bloodwork done on a regular basis. Successful people have certain habits as Brandon illustrated. Please track me down at LL's this year, I will be there all week this year.

    Coach Robb, have you ever worked with any professional baseball players who made it all the way to the bigs?

    • @CoachRobbBeams
      @CoachRobbBeams 21 день назад +1

      Thank you for your comment! I have worked with numerous players, but when the teams find out that they are working with me, they are threatened and have no choice but to drop me. I still consult behind the scenes, but I can't say that I am involved with EVERY aspect. Let me know if I can help in any way with your program!

    • @TheCyclesport
      @TheCyclesport 17 дней назад

      @CoachRobbBeams actually the person is equally important as the message. If not for that person, the message does not come to life. Obviously, you are not going to out the person who you are referring to. Yet people close to you know, and with the deep details of your storytelling, the person themselve knows you are describing them. Maybe someone can message me offline and fill me with the knowledge you and others know. Just to be fare.

      No sir - not at all. I take zero pleasure in seeing someone fail; however, I value time and someone's willingness to learn and apply. People who want to be doctors don't go about things their own way and hope to become a doctor, they study those that have gone before them to speed up the learning process and go further than those before them. Thank you for watching and commenting!
