I’ve actually been getting calf cramps every morning at 3:30am for the past 4-5 days I hated it at first but then I started loving it as it made for an even better alarm clock as it was way too painful to go back to sleep so I’ve been getting up at around half 3 and I’ve been getting so much done in the morning

I would recommond eating like you do, but when you hit puberty around 15 start to bulk. Second of all start going to the gym when you are 16 and bring somebody experienced with you. Trust me brother, I am an elderly man and I have experience. Your still just a little kid and with all the media and pressure going on I know its hard. But for the sake of your health and wellbeing, damn I wrote a whole essay, please do not pressure yourself. These guys aint know no shit.
I once got a horrible cramp on my quad in the middle of an 8ft swimming pool. I was holding on for life to the side string. And even worse I never told anybody because i knew if the lifeguard tried to help it would hurt more😢😂
After a 12-hour shift on my feet I get them after sleeping and when I wake up.... sometimes it's in the groin area and they're awful. Calves not so bad because you can lean against the wall and push out legs and they'll go away. Not true with groin. Potatoes have more potassium in them than bananas...
i wish i filmed my face when the guy said " progressively increase the amount of exercise " and i remembered me grinding all day long when i was still incapable of repping the One arm pushup after i used to train 2 hours a day
I dont drink a lot of water nor do I ever take electrolytes but I cant really remember cramping like this but my food does contain more salt than a normal persons food maybe thats the reason

I used to get calf cramps in the middle of the night. I'd wake up in so much pain actually crying. I'd literally have to force myself to massage it no matter how much it hurt. It was the only way for it to go away. Still don't know the reason why this used to happen.
I’ve heard from my friend and he does this a lot. He drinks pickle juice like straight pickle juice the night he goes to bed he drinks it and then tomorrow he rarely never has any cramps only time he has cramps is when he’s using a shovel for concrete
i get crumps so close whenever i am working legs and i work legs 5 times per week but the muscle connection is fine because i can move it on my own without flex or using strength maybe because i am still 15 years old .
I had my first cramp in 7th grade I think, it was right before I fell asleep and I moved right leg, and it had a cramp in the calf and in the hamstring. I didn’t know what was going on so I went to go get my mom and then my left calf and hamstring cramped up and I basically crawled to my mom and got help😂 it lasted for like 7 minutes😅 so now I stretch way more than I probably need to before and run
If anyone is struggling with cramps I find magnesium very helpful. I was struggling with bad calf cramps nearly every night and then by taking magnesium pills they have subsided and I get them rarely now .
Most painful cramp I got was when I was laying down sleeping next thing you know both of my whole things and hamstrings got a cramp so bad that if I stood up straight I couldn’t it was so strong literally pull me back down and lasted 2min😢
😂 you didn't actually solve this. I would love to see another video and have your blood work tested, especially during a day where you are cramping more often. Also visit a physical therapist who could somehow measure the tension, or pulling in one muscle group to another in your legs. I've had bad cramps for many years. I started drinking Huel shakes and for whatever reason that has helped tremendously... So I must be deficient in something. I also notice a difference when I stretch my legs, calves, quads and hamstrings regularly. If I had to guess the magnesium in the Huel calms the muscles and the stretching fixes the imbalance aka pulling in the muscles which triggers the cramps.
When I was 8 I had a massive muscle cramp they had to take me to the hospital and seduce me . Woke up at the neurology clinic unable to walk. Later on I’ve been diagnosed with early Parkinson and sclerosis multiplex syndrome. I’m having cramps everywhere in my body ever since doesn’t matter what time it is or what do I do . Luckily I was able to get out from wheelchair and walk again but my life will never be the same as with age it’s getting worst and worst :/
