Your local animal shelters are the best places IMO. It costs much less overall because their cats have been spayed/neutered, dewormed, and vaccinated. You will have to spend a lot more if you need to cover those costs yourself. It’s also more ethical and humane. Some pet shops are known for their questionable practices.
