Manolo Padilla yea for us producers sometimes we can hear a sound and automatically pin point to something. I love vocal sample and I guess anyone that heard that part would go crazy and use that part. That part is so good that I re-flipped it on my 21 Savage X J Cole type beat. Big respect to my colleague because we basically had the same idea and for me this is crazy, not 1 not 2 but 3 people made similar beats with the same sample. In the industry is a bit harder because we would hear it but for us low producers we really don’t know each other like that. One of the most annoying thing tho as an up and coming producer is holding on to a sample and later hearing it get flipped the way you imagined. I had the Meek Mill “Save me” sample for years but always brushed it off, I can’t listen to that song anymore 😪
