Aww Sweetie you have done everything you can to make it work for you and Tiny. It takes a very brave person to admit that it is just an incompatible partnership. It is definitely not a failure on your behalf, or on Tiny's. I'm sure that you will find another horse to share your dreams . Sending virtual hugs xxx
Big hugs to you 💖 it really is like a breakup! It is a relationship at the end of the day and there's nothing wrong with parting ways - you are not a failure, you just didn't click how you thought you might. No shame in that. Coming from someone who recently went through a very similar experience! Take care xx
Oh sweetheart you most definitely are NOT a failure, you've done amazing with Tiny and sometimes it's just that you don't gel with a horse. I had a welsh cob who I clashed with and I wish I had been brave enough like you to admit it just wasn't working. I ended up having a bad fall from him. You will 100% find the right horse for you and will realise your dreams! I love how amazing you are at your job the family must be over the moon to have you. Btw Edward is the best 👍😁
I love your honesty! That’s the reason I’ve followed you for so long. You’re doing what’s right for you and Tiny and stop being so hard on yourself as you’re an amazing rider and person. Chin up and just make time to remind yourself of the positives in life. I make my daughter who constantly puts herself down to give me three positives from a ride, trip out, etc and actually when you do it you realise the little things matter ❤❤ xx
Please keep vlogging, and it takes a great horsewoman to admit something isn't working, no shame in that at all as your thinking of tiny as well as yourself. Fab decision, and looking forward to seeing you horse shopping
At the end of the day horses take up too much time and money to not 100% enjoy it; I think it's a very brave decision and the best decision for both of you. You have put so so much work into Tiny and really given it your all and by no means have you failed! It's like you said; you're just not the rider she needs but that doesn't mean for one minute that you're not a really good little rider. I'm sure you will find your unicorn to take you out eventing one day, you really deserve it. Also thought what a lovely relationship you have with the girl you groom for, I could tell you really were rooting for her every step of the way, it's lovely to see. Xx
To be able to hold your hands up and say it’s not working, is so so brave of you. You have tried absolutely everything, and you can see how much you love Tiny, but not every horse is right for every rider, and you’ll find that one that you click with, and Tiny will find that with someone! Good on you for doing what’s best for both of you!❤
Don’t feel bad sometimes you no tiny is talented horse but like you said she doesn’t feel right for you if you can’t connect with her you won’t get the best of both of you so cuddles going your way and I know you are a great rider hope you will still volog for us because I love watching you work and how you do your job perfectly hopefully you find the right horse for you ❤
You have made the best decision for you both and be proud of that. Yes of course its so sad but not every horse and rider gels and you have been honest with yrself which doesn't mean you have failed at all. You have come on so well with her and given her the chance to experience things. You feeling sick and not enjoying it just isn't good for you. You know what type of horse you need and now you can see what else is out there with no rush. Tiny will find the right person too. Its not just Tiny people like to see it's you and Yr journey. Yr so honest with things and it's been lovely seeing you with Eliza and Romeo. Try not to get too sad about this situation as its just another chapter of Yr life. Things will work out for sure. Massive hugs and love to you and Miss Tiny ❤️
You are doing the right thing and that is hard! Riding should be fun❤️. All the talent in the world doesn’t mean much if it isn’t the right partnership. You will find the right partner and you will have a blast! I am sorry though as it really is tough!
I think you show great maturity in your decision to part ways with your horse. You learned a lot with her that you can use on your next horse, so that is success! Better to make this decision now than to keep pushing until something breaks. Take care of yourself!
I just want to say how admirable it is for you to be honest with everyone and yourself about you and Tiny not being the best partners for each other. It takes massive guts to admit that but in the long haul its the best decision for both of you! she is amazing and is going to great things. You are amazing and going to do great things. Unfortunately just not together and thats okay! sending lots of love as I can't imagine how difficult must be!
No shame or failure! It's like any human relationship right! :) I know you can easily keep your own horse relatively cheaply with your job, But they are still expensive whatever situation! You have given her your best shot and admitting defeat is admiral and you should be proud of yourself! x
That is a courageous decision, it is far better to realise you are not the best match and allow her to move on and for you to make a great decision on what you would like to do, very heart breaking for you but you are doing for both of you so you both progress, sending hugs xx
It’s one of the hardest things to sell a talented horse but if you’re not enjoying it and looking forward to competing you’ve made totally the right decision. Even though you said you and Tiny’s journey hasn’t been straightforward & that your confidence is at a low you wouldn’t know it from the videos of you riding her. Hope she finds the right home for her and you find a super horse that you look forward to competing. Good luck 🤞🏻
so sorry, I'm sure it was a hard decision. You will find the right partner to take you where you want to go. Do the people you work for have a horse that would work for you. Love your vlogs so please keep vlogging!
Love your vlogs and you honesty. I wish there were more people online like you. You've done everything right to try and make it work with Tiny and sometimes it just doesn't work out. I hope you can finally have the success you so deserve, and you're surrounded by great people that can help you find the one that will bring the joy of riding back to you. xx
I really like the weekly vlog format, i hope you continue doing them! I totally understand and support your decision. It doesn’t have anything to do with failure, but with making the best choice for both of you, which is very brave in my opinion. But definitely not easy, sending you lots of love ❤️
You are absolutely not a failure lovely!!! You’re thinking of hers and yours best interests and that’s FAB horse ownership…you’ll be back out there soon❤
Good decision - if it’s not working and making you happy time to move on - brave for both of you and yes you have thought of Tinys welfare first the right horse is out there for you just hang in there ❤
Another lovely vlog and just to echo what everyone else is saying. You're not a failure. It takes courage to admit when something isn't working, you have put so much effort in with Tiny, you really tried and while ever you are with the wrong horse, you won't experience the right one ❤
Not all horses suit all people. Tiny will make someone else very happy. Your horse is out there. Making realisations about one's self is so hard. It's going to happen. It really is. The timetable has changed a bit. That's all.
Good Decision ! It's about a partnership and you need a horse that is right for you where you are in your riding journey ! Nothing wrong with that at all !! The number of times you have come off her of late was really a wake up call IMHO. Mares are hard anyway, maybe you need a nice gelding who will help build your confidence !
So sad to have to sell Tiny. I'm a bit confused (been away for a bit). Didn't you go to work for a professional eventer, at a big yard? Now you're chauffeuring around this teenager?

You are awesome and so very far from a failure! You will find the right horse for your partnership. Please keep vlogging! Your channel is my favorite😊

You’re making the right decision! If you’re not enjoying riding her, there’s no point in keeping her just for the sake of it 😊

It is definitely the right decision for you and tiny - there is no point carrying on unhappy

We were there at Epworth at the weekend also!! Things don’t always work with a partner ship unfortunately but there are many more horses out there!!
Good decision - if it’s not working and making you happy time to move on - brave for both of you and yes you have thought of Tinys welfare first the right horse is out there for you just hang in there ❤
Sending lots of hugs, sounds like you’re making a brave decision with both of your best interests at heart xx

This doesn't make you a failure at all, sometimes ridden combinations don't match and it's better for everyone to acknowledge and try again. ❤️❤️

I know that this decision would have been hard for you to make. Stay strong. ❤
Epworth?????? Always boxy wide jumps 😊
Commented before I got to the end and you said it was epworth 🙈
So sad to have to sell Tiny.
I'm a bit confused (been away for a bit). Didn't you go to work for a professional eventer, at a big yard? Now you're chauffeuring around this teenager?
Welcome back 👋🏻 you are correct I did work there for a while however a better opportunity came up, I’m now a private event groom.
Sorry , didn't watch till the end of vid . Wise decision , lots of love xxxx
