The fact that Kolbe actually celebrated that try is truly mind boggling. Either he was trying to fool the refs into awarding it when it wasn't even close, or genuinely thought he got it down and forgot about his legs.
Fair play to Jasmine Joyce, utterly insane speed to catch up and make that tackle. All of the tackles in this video are worthy of their inclusion to be fair
Damian McKenzie’s hands were straight on the ground after making that tackle, doesn’t get any clearer than that. Damon Martin should never be allowed to ref an international test again. Horrific refereeing.
Exact same thing happened at 8:56. I’m convinced that to qualify as a rugby referee, you’re not allowed to have an IQ over 60 or have graduated secondary school.
@@stevenmcalister826 definitely.. the McKenzie one is more egregious, though; Sleightholme is at moving backward and trying to get over the ball even though he isn’t supporting his body weight til the end. McKenzie is never supporting his body weight and goes straight over the ball, should’ve been a yellow card
Shame there's not any clips of McNicholl's tackle in Dragons vs Scarlets in the Rainbow Cup (that I can find on RUclips), it would have 100% been in here
@@James_Anderson_ I thought I did but turns out it's the wrong game - gutted by that. Wish the URC did a better job of actually highlighting significant moments in games rather than just tries.
Fantastic video… I shall be recommending it to all the Americans who are reacting to rugby videos as this is much better than any of those "biggest hits" videos
A minute later Watson did score, Scotland been a bit better lately of being less prone to fluff good possession in the red zone. Didn’t win the game in the end though of course . . .
How was that SA tackle on Zammit not even looked at. Jantjies comes from distance and slides into him with no wrap and clatters him in the head to push him out. He probably would have been taken in to touch anyways but there was no care taken there.
@@AndrewDavidForde ohhhh true hahaha my bad. I still think that action saved Toulouse’s European dream in 2019 and from then on they became unstoppable winning top 14 then European and top 14 the next year.
See 5.40. Can someone please explain to me why many rugby players have a habit of crossing the line to score, turn to face the opposition, and not ground the ball until they think they are going to be tackled? What is that? Does the man with the ball feel he has to tease the opposition when they are down? I see it at international level too. So its not just some immature thing that schoolboys do.
Amazing video, but that villaire one... Wtf is that guy doing... All the others are totally down to brilliant defence, that.. That was just a winger being a dick and not putting the ball down. No discredit to villiere for sticking at it, but he never should have been able to get back to make that tackle
You make the best rugby compilations! Thank you for everything

Siya kolisi wow take a bow 🙇♀️👏🙌
X2!!!

Two tackles from the USA women were good but Lawes or Hogg get my vote for the men.

That is NZ in a nutshell.

People make mistakes, stop being so over dramatic and get over it.
@@somanytakennames oh you’re right, my bad for criticizing someone for sucking at their job.

Part two could be on the cards!
@@AndrewDavidForde Does that mean you actually found a clip of it somewhere?

Naya Tapper's one is on another level for me
I love these tackling compilations
Rumour has it Scotland are still trying to score 3:35
I’d love to see Will Connor’s back - he’d actually put JVDF under pressure for his position (I like timoney but he’s not a 7 imo)

expecting this to be Leigh Halfpenny exclusively!
Well done for showcasing some amazing play in womens rugby
Another cracking vid mate - nice one 👏Thank you

My Munster bias quite enjoyed re watching one particular tackle
Really didn’t expect Exeter uni to make an appearance here

New Jaz Joyce compilation when?
What we learned last year: wear the number 6
5:05 my thoughts are with you
U missed the best one where medard slaps the ball from behind I think against bath.
That wasn't in 2021...

3:55 if only he’d done that in 2017 against Eliot Daly in the six nations.
He was too busy sunbathing in Nomansland.
I could've sworn that was more than 20
My fav was number 11 so close
i cant belive beuden barrets one isnt in here
What Barrett tackle??
What about Sam Underhill and George Greegan? 2 of the best.
Maybe look at the last word in the title...

It's normally done to waste time for a few seconds and slow the game down
Classic quote “If you don’t want me to celebrate, don’t let me score.”
So this is what edging feels like
kyle moyle on charles puitau glos vs bris at ashton gate last season
