- In this video, we are pulling a snippet from Trail Cam Radio with Ryan Glitsky. Ryan hunts the Big Woods of PA and Ohio, as well as many other states across the US. Ryan's post season scouting leads to most of the success he finds hunting the rut in the big woods. Year after Year he has filled tags on great bucks, and we are discussing what he is looking for while he is out putting boots on the ground.
Many of us know that post season scouting can be a great tool for the following fall, but are you looking in the right areas? Are you prioritizing the right sign? and are you putting enough miles on the boots? Can you effectively scout and shed hunt at the same time? We discuss all of that and more!

Really like listening to Ryan. He is so direct and to the point🏹
I always enjoy sitting down with Ryan. Solid dude who certainly has killed some great bucks over the years!!!
Really enjoy listening to Ryan. He explains things very well
Appreciate all your hard work!!
Great video. Really appreciate these videos!!
October27th seems to be good for me here in Pa..
We've had more daylight bucks around our 13 acres in SW MI during mid-October than any other time of the year. Ryan's exactly right about how many bucks are cruising during October. We're going to hit our property more in mid-October than during the MI Gun season that starts on Nov. 15.
Great to catch up with Ryan- thanks for recording with us 👊🏼
Love the post season scouting tips!
Keep this kind of stuff coming fellas. One great topic would be, "Scouting" for the time challenged hunter. I love all this stuff but with a family and full time work commitments, how do you guys make time to do all of this scouting? I'm blessed in that my wife encourages getting out, but say if you want to begin incorporating a multi-state diy hunt plan. How do you find decent public locations, scout them out and then plan a hunt strategy accordingly? It would be great episodes if you guys could drill down on each of these buck killers their overall scouting plan and the aggregate time for each location or state they commit to each location. So for like Glitsky, Martonik, Sherk, Bush, Stewart, Hollandsworth, Killen, etc. Like how much time overall from finding a property, cyber scouting it, boots on ground scouting it, trail cam sets and locations scouting it, and then types of trail cams (e.g. when would you use a cell cam, when would you use a regular cam etc.) per location and why in terms of location, and then any other techniques they use per location until they feel confident in going to that location to hunt? Scouting time management if you will. Thanks for your great videos guys!!
Awesome video!
I’m appreciating all things scouting related
Random and a long shot here but is there any way you could track down Bobby worthington and see if you could get an interview with him.
