Let's learn about happiness this week! What are you hoping to learn? 😀
Thank you for having Dr. Laurie Santos on your show. One of the best episodes to date. She was the perfect guest for this subject matter and on brand for the concept of this podcast.
I listen to Podcrushed every day to learn English!

Love it! I did Laurie’s Yale course on happiness on Coursera and it was so good!

I loved this! I love ALL of your episodes, to be honest. Right after I finished it I went and signed up for her course "The science of well-being" - highly reccomend!
Thank you for sharing such insightful conversations
Thank you fan
Love that she mentioned Aristotle and his concept of eudaimonia - studied philosophy at uni and loved this concept. Agree that the philosophers spent a lot of time considering this- simply put you need to be happy in all areas of your life - in relationships with others - family and friends (and coworkers and even on a macro level with the society you live in), with your self (flourishing, feeling fulilled in the work you so you feel like your lide has purpose, feeling balanced and healthy both physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually). Another great episode (but definitely missed some of Sophie's questions - she always asks some great and intelligent ones...looking forward to when she returns after having a good amount of time off being a new mum).
Love it!
Thanks for posting these!! Love you Penn 🔥 my heart is complete now ❤️
