VW is currently having China sales problems and rumours of selling factories there, Actually most legacy auto are having sales problems in China, GOING TO BE BLOODBATH. In China for legacy auto, names like Stelantis, VAG/VW, GM,Ford BMW and Mercedes t, hey are all affected by China BEVs in China ,Asia & EU.
How does their deal to produce vehicles for Amazon figure into this? One can argue on the levels, but they do have some backing from VW and Amazon. One would think that would boost consumer and market confidence. Says the guy who just put 1K down on an R1T the other day. 😏
I think you're being way to bearish and not opening your eyes this is a 100 dollar stock and treating it as if it were losing play is a huge mistake. They are making eps every quarter stop acting like they are having cash problems. They are killing the game

If VW is hoping Rivian’s software will help them, they’re going to be disappointed. Despite all the hype it gets, Rivian’s software is subpar. For example, driver assistance and infotainment are weak and navigation is terrible. They lack countless features that are standard in other cars at this price point. They’ve been slow to push out meaningful updates. Rivian has been behind schedule on every imitative so it’s hard to believe they’ll achieve a best case scenario, more likely a worst case.

All I see is less cash, and more debt - still crazy to me how billions can go so fast Also I’m not sure people / buyers are realizing the amount of depreciation electric cars have compared to ICE , not to mention that once people realize the batteries have to be replaced at some point of which will be 1000’s of dollars, I think the EV craze will dwindle even further
