I like the post configuration part, about the RODC Password User Groups. I have seen that some articles state that that the computers which are logging in on that site also need to be added. Any thoughts?
Adding computer accounts to the domain before they are deployed can be helpful and simplify the deployment process. If you do not create computer accounts before hand, you will need to do it when the computers are connected to the network which will require the person doing the deployment to have permissions to add computer accounts to the domain at that time. If you do create them, a standard user can join them to the domain. For me it would depend on if I am asking the users to connect their own computers to the domain or if I am having a member of my IT department do it.
