Generally speaking if you buy land in Roatan or Honduras then how soon do you have to build on it?
As soon as you get all the legal paperwork to build, this will take around 1-2 week if you already have the floorplans done.
@@Roatanrealestatehnd sorry thanks for your reply but I meant how long can it stay vacant until you are mandated by the government to build on the property... I would imagine it depends on location.. for example in a gated or resort community?
