이번 겨울, 실력파 보컬 그룹 보이스퍼가 맑은 고음과 아름다운 하모니로 전하는 위로의 메시지 ‘Keep Going’으로 돌아온다.
KBS2 ‘불후의 명곡’, ‘유희열의 스케치북’, MBC ‘복면가왕’ 등 여러 무대에서 인정받은 ‘명품 보컬돌’ 보이스퍼.
보이스퍼만의 하모니와 음악성은 여러 무대와 앨범을 통해 보이스퍼만의 뚜렷한 정체성으로 확고히 자리 잡았다.
특히 고등학교 시절부터 함께한 4명의 우정이 보이스퍼표 무결점 호흡의 하모니를 탄생시켰으며, 서로를 깊이 이해하고 위로하는 내용의 이번 타이틀곡 ‘Keep Going’은 그 누구보다 보이스퍼가 전달하는 이야기로써 의미가 깊은 곡이다.
직접적인 위로의 말보다는 힘들어하는 내 곁에서 묵묵히 함께 걸어가 주는 친구, 연인이 더 큰 힘이 될 때가 있다.
보이스퍼의 한층 깊어진 곡 해석 능력과 호소력 짙은 목소리로 거창한 응원 대신 묵묵히 곁에 있겠다는 약속을 잔잔하게 표현한 ‘Keep Going’은 기타 아르페지오가 이끄는 전주로 시작하여 섬세한 보컬로 자연스럽게 고조를 이루며 후렴에 이르는 브릿팝(Britpop) 느낌의 곡이다. 특히 후렴에서 곡의 제목이자 가사인 ‘Keep going’은 고급스럽고 중독적인 멜로디로 계속 함께 나아가자는 응원의 메시지를 담으며 힘든 순간을 보내고 있는 사람들에게 다시금 용기를 얻을 수 있게 하는 선물과 같은 곡이다.
이번 ‘Keep Going’은 진성과 가성 사이를 수시로 넘나드는 보이스퍼의 놀라운 보컬 테크닉을 느껴볼 수 있는 곡이다. 피아노, 기타, 드럼이 낼 수 있는 최고의 풍부한 사운드에 보이스퍼의 4인 4색 개성 강한 하모니가 더해지면서 젠틀하면서도 파워풀한 사운드가 탄생했다. 이번 신곡은 보이스퍼의 ‘꺼내보면’, ‘I Believe’로 많은 이에게 감동을 주었던 프로듀싱팀 Team Air(박지원, ROZ, 기현석)와 또 한 번 의기투합해 환상적인 결과물을 만들어 냈다.

I think I'm in love with this song. Yesterday, I got the recommendation of this mv's trailer and readied myself take a listen to it. That was truly mesmerizing! Then, at the exact same day, I also got the recommendation of its song, "Goodbye to Goodbye", which is totally neat, melodious, gorgeous and breathtaking. They look so young and adorable. Don't know what their ages are, but I love them. It's ok, if there is not even a single rapper in this group. I'm fine with it. What's the fandom name of this new boy group? By the way, I'm a multifandom. So, lots of love and support from me and thanks for giving us the info of their names and ranks. As far as their names are concerned, it would take me some time to pronounce their names and to try to recognize each member in this group lol. I think I have said enough and I do hope my English isn't terrible for I tried my hardest. Love y'all!!!

어느 TV 프로그램 끝나고 이 노래가 나와서 알게 되었는데 만약 그때 이 노래를 듣지 못했거나 내가 그때 잊어버렸다면 굉장히 후회했을 것 같아요. 이 보이스퍼라는 그룹을 잘 알지는 못하지만 나만 알고 싶다는 마음이 드는, 왜 안 떴는지 모를 그런 원석 같은 그룹이에요. 이 그룹이 뜨지 못한다면 굉장히 안타까울 것 같고요. 노래를 들으면서 굉장히 위로가 많이 되었어요. 고마워요. 보이스퍼.

@@연JOEL이서 In 2019 they were a bit active during the begining of the year with the song "ordinary words" from their album "Wishes", they also released their single 'Lovesome' in August, but coming from a little company without great financial situation the group couldn't be promoted correctly and couldn't have frequent comeback :/
