What really makes Odins fury strong is that every time you press avatar you can macro odyns fury with avatar so you get double proc or odyns fury from One button press… it uses the talent that causes avatar to proc a free odyns fury which doesn’t use a GCD. Either does avatar. So binding odyns fury the regular skill. With avatar it gives you an insane burst button. Pressing that into dragons roar into either bladestorm or Ravager your doing in the millions of burst aoe damage with 3 buttons then you just go into your aoe rotation. It’s kinda insane how strong it is
You never do that because you either are wasting whirlwind stacks or you are wasting the attack speed buff, as well as wasting the dot odyns fury applies. It is cute if you want to do huge damage in a single global but not something youd ever actually do
@@FilthyWeeb27 you actually don't lose anything on the dot part its normally 4s if you press it by itself its 6 seconds because you get half by using it with just avatar so you get extra 2 seconds on the dot. . the same is for the attack speed buff you normally get 10s of dancing blades where when you press avatar you get 15s of dancing blade when you use them together. You are losing out on stacks of whirlwind for sure. With how fast your rotation is wont really matter though you also get longer duration avatar. As you get 20s when you press it normally and 4 seconds when you press odyns by itself you get 24s total when you use them both same time. So your only losing out on whirlwind stacks and the burst makes up for it by far! Cute you have never tested this out i see..
@@emjaythegreat22 I don't think the burst makes up for shit, you would be better off macroing it into thunderous roar since it is accomplishing the exact same thing, but you aren't wasting the 4 whirlwind stacks or the free enrage. I never tested it because it is stupid to do it that way
@@FilthyWeeb27 your not wasting 4 stacks of whirlwind lol do you not understand how whirlwind stacks work? you only get 4 and have to refresh them either your refreshing them with whirlwind or with odyns fury.. either way your using the same GDC... and your getting the same damage by macroing them but just higher burst. IDK how you dont realize that.. Your argument has failed you get the same damage macroing it.. If you use it together or not the damage from the dot and the hit is the same. And either way after using 4 stacks you have to reapply them.
@@FilthyWeeb27 I can tell you dont know how to aoe with fury already. because you would go Avatar>odins fury>racial trinket all macro together. then straight into Thunderous Roar right after. Straight into bladestorm. You will see more damage by far on any aoe pull doing it that way then splitting it up.
@@MYPECOV4Media Ye thats Adibags but it seems that not all addons are working properly currently. Check for updateds if available, If not I would just wait. They just release the pre patch. Many Addons on my side arent working as well. If Adibags will still not work you can also try Bagnon
Frost dk dmg doubled literally in this prepatch lol, im not very high in ilvl but i remember doing a burst of 350k-400k dps and in prepatch i did 750k lol
