Back Country Mountain Biking || West Virginia || The Cranberry Wilderness

This brings a whole new level of fun to riding! The trail we rode was a blanket of moss stretched across the forest floor. Bright greens, thick laurel and remote barely touched trails makes for an excellent adventure. The cranberry wilderness is located around Snowshoe, Wv roughly about an hour from the resort. If making the trip, plan your route and bring plenty of water this is very remote forest and it would be easy to get lost.

Are there any issues with using ebikes here? Trailforks is saying they are manual MTB only

I honestly have no idea truthfully. I didnt see any signage stating otherwise.

The Monongahela National Forest does not currently allow e-bikes on trails, roads, or other areas.
