As a Sporting fan, it makes complete sense to me that Amad has been the standout player. Ruben Amorim loved to use a left footed winger in that wingback role in the last years at Sporting i.e. Geny and Quenda. United fans should be very excited, give him time and you will be rewarded!
We have to build a squad around Amad. He's our best player by a mile. That Eggman Pagan aka Dr Robotnik Ten Hag was dumb for leaving Amad in the cold for Bruno and Rashford and Amorim has done Amad justice since Dr Robotnik got sacked. Amad is the key for us to get back where we belong.
I started this video, having no idea who "Amad" is. Ok, I have heard the surname Diallo. But in the space of eight minutes, you have got me excited about this player! He sounds like he could be very special. That's always nice to hear of young guys getting support when other managers have been overlooking them. 🙏
Ole should not be blame for Amad development. During Ole tenure Amad was never ready at that time to play regular 1st team even on loan to Ranger. On Ten Hag 1st season pre season, Amad is terrible. Him going out on loan to sunderland is the right move it help a lot with his development that where he can play on a that league at his pace and play regularly. And Ten Hag not favor him this season is literally asking to get sack.
