    Someday, a salesman will actually demonstrate a dull blade, then run thru his demo and demonstrate it is now sharp. Sigh.

      Well Mr Shea , a couple of points. if you had taken the time to look at some of my other videos on using a diamond steel you will see that I start by dulling a knife on a piece of wood first and then showing that it cannot cut through paper.
      Then I run through the demonstration and then show the knife is sharp…. SIGH !!
      Secondly I am NOT a salesman ! A salesman ( by definition) sells products to the general public. I do not sell any of my products to the general public. I am a designer of product and importer / exporter.
      Finally….
      For any other doubting Thomas’ out there, if you need any clarification or proof of how effect these products are then I suggest you contact my local butchers ( Morris Butchers of Leicestershire) who use these steels and diamond whetstones at the Wigston branch. I am sure you will agree Butchers need sharp knives and continually need to sharpen them…
      Sigh ….!
      Thank goodness I’ve virtually retired from all this malarkey 🤪
