Super filmik. Bardzo pomocny. Mam pytanie czy uszkodzony czujnik może psuć spiralkę. W mojej MPC2011 wyskakuje komunikat "włożono toner niezależnego dostawcy" oczywiście jest oryginalny a po wydrukowaniu ok. 100 do 300 stron psuje się spiralka którą wymieniłem już trzy razy. Bardzo proszę o informację. Pozdrawiam
Dzień dobry. Toner na 100% jest nieoryginalny skoro jest komunikat "włożono toner niezależnego dostawcy". Proszę mi wierzyć oryginał nie wyświetla takiego komunikatu. Spiralka ukręca się gdy stosowany jest toner nieoryginalny słabej jakości, bo są tonery nieoryginalne dobrej jakości. Proponuję wyjaśnić sprawę z dostawcą "oryginalnych" tonerów. Służę też ekspertyzą jeśli taki "oryginalny" toner trafi do mojego studio możemy zrobić ekspertyzę i jednoznacznie określić co to za toner. U nas są MPC 2003 MPC2503 MPC2011 które od nowości chodzą na dobrych zamiennikach i nie mieliśmy nigdy problemów. My printer Ricoh Mpc6004 has the problem with black printing, black printing was faded... change the new PCU from normal working printer it can print about 100 or 200 page and it faded again, SP mode force toner supply nothing better, but when move the PCU from this fault machine to new one it working,. IS it the fault of toner dispencer cause i replace the new one but nothing happen
Replace developing unit black and it should help.

Original Ricoh toner for this copier model is US $ 16.00. You can buy a good replacement for US $ 12.00. So why risk it? Hola Tomaz, tengo la ricoh mp 301 y las copias salen claras, es decir que no salen en negro puro, sino se ve como un gris.

Hola. La RICOH MP301 tiene este problema y hay cuatro formas de solucionarlo.
1. Se instaló tóner no genuino de mala calidad; reemplace el tóner original y haga 200 copias. Después de estos pasos, el problema del fondo sucio desaparece. Un síntoma adicional de este defecto es la suciedad en la primera hoja del otro lado, desde la parte inferior.
2. Sección óptica o cristal láser sucios: limpie a fondo los espejos del escáner y el cristal láser pequeño (el cristal está debajo de la sección de tóner, debajo de la cubierta frontal).

Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec ma machine ricoh mpc 4503. En effet le bloc bleu salit les copies et les impressions couleurs. Все це чудово. Але є одне велике але... Із 10 інженерів на нашій фірмі 5 захворіли раком легенів або невиліковними хворобами центральної нервової системи ( БАС або Паркінсона). Ця робота вбиває! Коли ви працюєте, ви дихаєте отруйним тонером. Він всіх вас просто вбиває! Якщо є можливість, кидайте цю роботу поки не пізно! І респіратори вас не спасуть! Це те що я хочу донести до всіх таких інженерів після 27 років праці в цій сфері.
