The Netherlands, Germany, and French make the luxury ships where the $$$ profits are. The Koreans make the super tankers, and China makes the cargo ships. The US still makes it's military ships here as well as many commercial fishing ships etc.

Its too late. We should have addressed this issue 20 yrs ago.
