I just love watching you and your mom. But I really like how you made the pockets for your journal. I I watched your mom for a long time.And then when she mentioned you going in and for us to go and watch you I just never really left comment. Because I had just gotten over having a stroke so I didn't really do comments at the time, but I definitely haven't enjoyed watching your videos and learning from them.And I made my first journal with pockets.Just watching how you and your mom make pockets.

Melina this envelope / envelope / envelope is great. I'm going to make one to hold receipts and another for next uears school pictures. Y'all have trouble finding the end of your washi tape. For the wider tapes I attach a bread closure to the end. For narrower tape I use a little piece of shiny box cardboard. You don't waste any tape and it's easy to find the end.

This is so cool! My goodness I say it all the time but you come up with the sweetest designs! I have my 1st AJ kit June to use and I am thinking to use it with this design!! I know you made a journal with the AJ June kit as your Mom did also, but this one, I just think it is awesome and looks rather on the easier side as I am a newbie with journals, not quite a year old!! Haaa You have me saving all kinds of things for journals. I emptied a long Kleenex box and was going to throw it out but wait, open it all up and use it, especially how pretty the Kleenex box was!! Thank you for all your time and inspiration!!!

Oh this is one of my fave projects to make and repurpose junk mail envelopes. You like to use Velcro or magnets for the top closures. Really liked yours, TFS 😊

Love this, will definitely be making. Do you think instead of putting the eyelet through the front and back of the pocket, (thus making it null and void), you could put it just in the front part, so not blocking the entry to the pocket?
Absolutely! If I had the forethought to do that....I should have. It would also help to have an “anywhere on the page” eyelet setter. I’ve got to get one of those babies! Thanks so much for watching! ❤️

Hi! 💜 For the null and void pocket you could slice part of the side for a side pocket! Then change the name of the pocket ‘null and void’ to “It’s exactly what it’s meant to be” pocket!💜
