Side note: We washed our hands after the petting zoo as well lol. We just didn't know that it was going to be right after we pet the cows, so we ended up washing our hands twice.
I've never been to the San Diego fair, but I went through MCRD, the fair looks like more fun.

We’re not sure, we didn’t see it when we were there. It also doesn’t show up on the fair site.
Whats the height requirement for most rides taking my daughter
They’re all different. We saw some that were 42” and some 48” for the bigger rides. There is also a kids section. If you go here: www.sdfair.com/businesses/rides-games you can click any ride you want and see the height requirement.
