I have experienced the state of non-identification with body and mind then so much bliss comes I am to do work without any fear. But it is not always. sometimes naturally I identify myself with mind and body then fear of being judged, mistakes etc. arises and suffering begins again at certain level not at high level. it's like freedom is lost to do anything without fear.
But I I have experienced the taste of bliss and freedom from mind and body (where I don't care what others think of me) its on and off process.

Lord Krishna is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu and his blue colour is emblematic of internal strength, the calmness and serenity. As per ancient scriptures, when the Demon Putana tried to kill the young Krishna with her poisoned milk, Krishna didn't die and instead, his skin became blue.

Very grateful for this insightful lecture .. a deep spiritual philosophy explained with humor and lucidity. Regrettably, some of immigrant Indian families are not sensitized that their 'culture' of causing disturbance during assembly and ill-mannered offspring are not welcomed abroad.
