Or "My paint was damaged by this!"
Or "I'm pissed about my paint!"
Or "This did not work and I screwed up my paint!"
Or even "I ruined my paint!" which is still a bit extreme.

Kalvin, I've been a long time subscriber and I'm not trying to hate or anything, but I don't think the product is to blame here, and you might want to change the title. I'm not an expert painter by any means, but if whatever you're painting over looks unfamiliar or is some wacky shit like that filler/sticky stuff, sand it COMPLETELY off. From what I noticed, where you sanded it off was fine, but where you feathered it back in was the part that got messed up. Another tip with SEM trim paint, is to always use their adhesion promoter, or else you risk peeling or just a bad finish in general. It's like priming a car before painting it. Just trying to give some helpful advice. Good luck, the car is looking great, and I can't wait to see the paint after it's been compounded and polished!

The black on the pillar is actually a sticker, so unless you have removed it in the past, you just painted over the sticker.
if you had used a heat gun, you coulda pulled the sticker off like I did on my s13. Now that you have sanded it, it will be much harder to remove.

mine had a black plastic wrap down the a pillars to the hatch glass from factory...heat gun 👌
The a pillar has a rubber coating on it. that's why they fade so easy. avoids chipping though.

resand the spots that lifted shoot a coat of primer over it let it dry in the sun for and hour re sand and repaint you should be good

datsuns or Nissan if you will ,use an alkyd enamel ,and you can't spray lacquer over enamel and vice versa.you'll ruin your car.

And it's definitely because of your camera where it unfocuses every time you change the position on it. I thought by now you would have fixed it but you still haven't.
