The door opens and closes, sure, but the "figure" is a reflection of a window. It appears ONLY on the glass of the door - and the "going in" and "going out" are at identical door angles. Also, the door slowly starts to close BEFORE the figure is seen. So, this one is easily explainable - If I knew the height and distance of the camera I could tell you EXACTLY where the light source is and what dimensions it has, without even going there.
