There's a special edition Tokidoki figure of Hello Kitty as a pharaoh, that's why Badtz-Maru is wearing her bow, their headpieces look just the same.
And Kuromi always has a little skull painted on her head, it's got nothing to do with Adios.
I also think that the Hello Kitty figure is a mix between the Donutella series and the Cactus one - she's dressed as one of the cactus people but she has the sprinkles and the roses on her head look like donut ears.

Dressing them in costumes does not hurt them at all, 😂 I don’t dress my pets but saying it’s not right because they have fur is such a silly response. Lol
