Первый раз вижу, что в сковороде помимо жареного лука с курицей ставят металлическую чашу с горячим углём, да ещё крышкой она закрыла на несколько минут, то есть, пища получает жару с двух сторон, с низу и внутри! Это очень любопытно!!! Красавицу персиянку - хозяйку Здоровья и благополучия!!! БРАВО!!! А ее муж наверно снимает это ВИДЕО!
