Villa Cordevigo Wine Relais, Veneto nr Lake Garda one of Italy's finest Relais & Chateaux hotels

In May 2023 I stayed at Villa Cordevigo with my family and whilst they relaxed at the pool I had the great pleasure to go down with Executive Chef Marco Marras and Head Gardener Benvenuto to their vegetable garden and collect fresh salads, vegetables and herbs as well as forage for wild watercress, dandelions and asparagus growing in their cypress trees. Chef Marco heads up the Michelin Star restaurant Oseleta and then prepared a delicious San Marino fish dish using all of the ingredients we gathered.
