Please - Do a follow-up story on all these cases that resulted in arrests.
Show where the criminals are today. (How many remain incarcerated?) - We see so many DA's and Judges that are soft on crime, and keep releasing violent criminals with minimal time served.
Personally - I would like to see a law that said if any violent criminal is released early for their crimes, and they commit another violent crime and are convicted, then the DA and Judge responsible for their early releases have to serve the full time for the original sentence. I would imagine then their soft stance would harden enough to make a difference.
