I'm 59 years old and cradle born Catholic, but how is it I feel like I'm hearing things for the first time whenever I listen to Bishop Barron. Bishop Barron is truly a remarkable speaker/teacher. Thank you Bishop Barron.

If this man wont be named teacher of the church post mortem then i dont know who will. Deep and profound understanding of God and his ways. Holy spirit is mighty with him.
I am so glad I found Bishop Barron. I am 62 and Catholic. I am on my journey back to God. I have started attending church again. I am also going through Father Mike's Bible In A Year. On day 223. I have terrible memory issues. Possibly dementia, and I don't remember much of anything I hear. My reading ability has also gone bad. I won't remember what Bishop Barron said, but I can keep coming back and listening to it. Thank you so much.❤
I will be praying for you. I am 61 and have been Catholic my whole life, I also have returned to Church and I am also on my way to see Jesus. I have undergone 25 major surgeries, since the age of 26 as well as asthma since the age of 2, so my body and soul are tired! I love listening to Bishop Barron because first he’s got a great speaking voice, he teaches in a different way that makes me understand much better. I listen to him on Hallow. I pray God gives you the strength and understanding for everything in your life. God bless you. Bishop Barron, thank you and May God give you many more years of health so that we may learn and understand more about Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God bless you.🙂🙏🏼🙏🏼💞
This is how Satan attacks us every day, insulting us, accusing us, undermining us with guilt and shame, trying to make us feel inadequate, not worthy. It's no wonder that mental health issues are on the rise due to this conflict between who Satan says we are and who Jesus proclaims us to be. We need to proclaim daily that we belong to Christ, that we are forgiven, saved by the shedding of His precious blood on the cross, that we are adequate, accepted and loved. No reason for despair here, only hope! Thank you Bishop Barron!
❤ hi my name is Virginia. I’m a 56-year-old woman I’ve been a follower of Bishop Barron for two years now my mother turns me onto him and his channel. I am a cradle born Catholic although I stepped away from the church for years I have been back faithfully for the past two years. I use Bishop Barron to prepare before I go to church each week. I listen to his weekly sermon and it makes church easier to follow along with the readings or the gospel and homily. thank you Bishop Barron for your service and for your words you truly are amazing a gift from God
I find myself comparing the sermons I hear at church with BB's sermon. Often very different though not opposing, just focusing on a different aspect of the readings. BB's perspective is always spot on.
I am always thrilled to bits when I listen to Bishop Barron. He explains the Bible with such alacrity and clarity it opens my mind to its depth and meaning. I love to listen to him in his Word on Fire sessions. A phenomenal introduction to fascinating subjects in life’s lessons, eliminating the jargon and getting down to reality. He has truly made me relish being Catholic all over again. Thank you Bishop for making it so very interesting not only theoretically but practically too. Your documentaries are informative and I learn so much from them. Thank you again.🙏
Paix!
I know that God will make a way. Heavenly Father, only you know the burdens I face. As a single mom I’m struggling to make ends meet. Lord give me strength to get through each day. Both of my sons are special needs and require much from me. It’s difficult to raise children alone. BUT I keep faith Lord Jesus. Even as I struggle to pay rent and as I struggle to buy groceries for my children. Jesus deliver me.💕
That's the way. Go back to the Bible and rediscover the essence of the Gospel. Thank you bishop Barron. So simple yet so profound. God bless you evermore.
This sermon made JOY spring fom my heart, love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ BURST from my being!! How GREAT God IS!! It is FREEDOM in Jesus our Savior!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Bishop Barron!
14:12 I am into my 81 year as a grateful Catholic and I feel as the 56 +- Catholic woman wrote. Why is so much of what you teach us so new to me? Are you and other sources of Truth the reason I am living so long? So I might eventually deserve to die in grace? Thank you!
Thank you so much bishop, truly, it's a transformational sermon. I came to understand me... Shame and blame game. I'm sorry dear God, I'm guilty... I am! For many, many years I joined that game., yet You alone can help me O God... be merciful to me a SINNER!
Dear Bishop I just wrote about this in my journal before listening to your pod cast. I’m convinced I deserve hell and May even be destined for it. I thought may be I am the persecutor and hoping Jesus is my defense. Seemingly the Lord is calling me closer to him as these thoughts are processed mean while despair lurks around the corner waiting to pounce. My desire to be with the Lord at mass, in prayer and reading scripture is very high and a part me wonders if this moment I could do any of those things could be the last time I get to. I hope He keeps calling me closer and I get to bring a lot of friends with me.
I heartily recommend developing the habit of finding Adoration hours. I began a year or two ago occasionally and I now try to go weekly. Sometimes all I have are fifteen minutes; at others, an hour or more. Being open while you wait upon Him there will come to transform you, quietly, in the most profound and amazing ways. Me, I do nothing (and can get sleepy, have a distracted and irreverent mind, etc.). But in persistence and patience, I’ve come to know He will communicate His Grace to His adorers. Christ is so kind, generous, strong, and faithful. We are children of an amazing God.
I am not a catholic but I try to watch your sermons every Sunday and Today was my birthday and I completely relate to the thing that you said about being lost in our happiest moments Today has been really nice for me anyways Bishop you are such an inspiration for people no matter the religion keep up the good work and continue to glorify GOD
The Spirit is strong in you Bishop. Satan attacks us all and know he must certainly challenge you as one of his fiercest adversaries, I pray for your strength in that battle. Bless you Bishop
Wow!! This was jam packed full of wisdom & teaching! I’m always amazed how Bishop Barron can read a gospel that I have heard/read many times during my lifetime and give me a new way to ponder & invite God’s Word into my life.
sooooo wish hed be picked for our pope soon would nt that be special for sure !! we all know hes worthy of it too!!! i pray for this to happen very often !! go bishop baron !!!
First time I slighlty disagree with a tiny bit of Bishop Barron‘s wonderful sermon: Shame and Self-Consciousness can be a result from seriously abusive parents- I grew up so ashamed of myself, shame was the core of my being (it seemed, now, since I found Jesus, I know better) and self-consciousness a cruel companion. So it wasn‘t through any sin of mine that I was beaten and emotionally neglected by constantly (physically and emotionally) fighting parents. It was a burden for my whole life - until I found Jesus and the Catholic Church- and I felt myself as a burden and an awful being (as my mother often told me that I was) and on dark days that I should better not have been born at all. So, yes, shame and self-consciousness as a result of sin, but not always your own sin.
Let go of the past. Forgiveness will set you free of the shame and self-consciousness. Ask for the grace to forgive and keep your eyes fixed on the path in front of you. It’s the only way.
@@_Pia12 Yes, very true. I have! As much as I could so far since I found Jesus and converted to Catholicism last year! I do see my very old and still living parents with different eyes since the process of forgiveness has started- our encounters are very different and peaceful by now. I can see them now as fellow children of God and as much in need of God‘s love and grace as myself. Also, embracing God as my loving father and Mary as my loving mother has helped me a lot.

Thanks to my co-worker (Carson ) who suggested Ms Christy Fiore
She's a licensed broker here in the states🇺🇸 and finance advisor.
After I raised up to 525k trading with her I bought a new House and a car here in the states🇺🇸🇺🇸 also paid for my son's surgery….Glory to God, shalom.
