I like pickled beets and I grew up eating what we called Harvard beets,mom made the betty crocker cookbook ones with store bought canned beets.

@@FromtheHoller you just make up a mixture of vinegar,corn starch salt and pepper and cook the beets in that. A little different than pickled beets.

My parents were raised in Indiana. They love hard boiled eggs canned in beets. I never cared for them.
