Was similar for me for any non-freesat channels.To add the frequency it didn't always accept the input, wouldn't find channels and went back to setup in freesat mode losing all recordings and recording schedules
It is on the long list of things to do....things have got a bit busy now my lockdown rules have been relaxed even more and I can work and travel a bit more freely. Plenty to catch up on! It is on the list to do!

I've recently purchased a freesat 4k recording box everything is working fine apart from when I go to record and watch another channel it won't let me
Are you using one cable feed or two? For the full recording options, you need two working cable feeds from the dish.
Is it possible to load a Disney+ Streaming app onto the Arris box?
Nope. You are limited by what agreements Freesat have, and so far not Disney
Have you even checked what the missing channels are? it's probably just regional channels or something

No C4HD or All4 on Freesat for few years now...Feb 2018 IIRC
I think I'll stick with my Humax, it's a shame.
