The All Manipur Muslim Students’ Organisation has brought an amicable solution to the issue of serving dog meat at the school hostel by Wisdom Foundation, Khangabok, Thoubal. Furthermore, the principal of the school, on behalf of the school authorities, apologized to the Meitei Pangal community and promised not to repeat the mistake. The principal also pledged to take corrective measures to respect the food culture, religious freedom, and the ethos of coexistence in Manipur society.
