Some background into the video. The previous day there had been an altercation in the car park outside, someone complained to the police. It had nothing to do with the business. The police demanded to know if the person in question was a customer, the manager said no but the police insisted the manager provide them with copies of all the days invoices with customer details, something he is not lawfully obliged to do. They returned next day saying they would seize the documents if he didn't hand them over. A call to a barrister friend confirmed that they had no right without a court order. They refused to leave but upon being threatened with being physically removal from the premises they left. We never heard any more.

Another video of why it's a shame you can't forcibly remove somebody from private property when they're trespassing especially if they're a cop

You can, you're quite within your right to use reasonable force to eject anyone including police for trespass.

Seems the police are bullying these people. Either they can arrest or not. If they can, then they should. If they can't, then they need to leave. It just looks like they are bullying, making fools of themselves. Is this the way the police treat people...? Trying to bully and incite an incident. Well, that's not nice! Poor man. My heart goes out to him.
