Generally size of foundation and type of foundation depends on load and the type of foundation soil. Without mentioning that you are making general statements. Pl make the videos of specific issues and the solutions for it

Who knows if that is a 4 storey building you are criticising? You didn't explain carefully and what is the solution. Perhaps that is one or 2 storey house which the owner wants it to be done and low budget.

Sadik you are criticizing the works but you did not give a solutions to the building. You need to prove by structural computation and analysis that the structure specially the size of the footings are not adequate for 4 storey building for commercial use. This is a trash talk sadik . How do you that the building use is commercial purpose?

footing size is correct in 2 storey building, 1 by 1 is enought, with column of 1ft by 1ft, the plinth beam is too wide and not economical. I studied structural engineering and I approved this concept of design of construction. I will not be allowed if the building code of your country do not allow it.
I may add, they're risking a lot of person's lives.. if it goes down or earth shakes.. I'm unable to describe that situation
I'm not satisfied with that Foundation of 4 storey building there's a time the building will collapse,watching here in Philippines.

It was standard structure in China.
Bonespurs was the architect.
If this is a four storey building then it has an approved plan and in the plan everything is already there from footing dimension ang reinforcing bars as well as the column. For two storey above structural analysis is prerequisite to building permit
Money approves the plan perfect you need not have to worry civil engineering not required even a mistry thinks himself a architect and a labour thinks himself a supervisor in construction line

The question is how many rods are required, how many rings are required, how much space btw rings, and what should be the rod size, it is seen in video the rod is about 8mm.
I always i told my site foreman and technicians the example of big tree, the higher is tree is the deep its roots go downward, so for building like that for that depth is not recommended at all. They should exavate more !!.
