pennies are not useless. I've seen someone on RUclips creating a floor pattern with a whole lot of pennies. Looked so cool.. Anyways, oh so it was easy for you to get it eh.. Hmmm well take that as a compliment!!

You get in a comp, you play good, you get hate and reports from enemy team but sometimes from your own team as well, you do not play together or you died too many times, or the toxic behaviour, swap this i want to play your hero. If you don't type, that doesn't mean you'll automatically get endorsements, sometimes you may end up yelling or sometimes you get toxic. Just because you did it easily, not everyone gets there. I have been grinding overwatch since release, the best I got was level 4, I only ever played for fun, never used comms, people get toxic, be it a girl or a guy or whatever. They troll whereever you go.
i've had level five since at least season 2 and all i do is play solo queue quick play (on support especially), endorse my teammates, and not be a jerk. as simple as that. (i also ping the "thank you" if someone saves me or if someone pops off, which probably helps). just be nice (genuinely, not just bc you want endorsements), encourage others, and that's it. good video 👍
1) typing "GLHF" in chat before every match 2) "Gg" after every match win or lose. 3) complimenting the other teams DPS/Support/Tank when you get "diffed" 4) Play FFA and place top 3 while using community approved heros. Easy level 5 endorsement.
I always spam thanks after revives and group up at respawn to get teammates together. Reporting really toxic players especially ones who say Uninstall. I've gotten a special message for reporting and thanked me for making the community better. Gained lvl 5 endorsement and haven't lost it since. It's special privilege IMO. I main Lucio so that helps I guess.
If you are playing anything other than your main and get level 5 endorsement, I dont really call it a win. If you play qp all the time and get endorsements that way, that's awful. Go comp, the real hustle is there actually. You get all types of people

Ngl i'm endorcement level 5 and the only one of these I do is the last one which is endorce others. Here is my take on endorcement level 5. Play the hell out of FFA. I have never seen my endorcemnt go down in this mode. I can't prove it but i'm pretty sure blizzard forgot to enable decay in this mode when they made it so you could endorce people in this mode since you used to not be able to do it. I mean they tend to neglect FFA all together there are bugs in it that have been there for multiple seasons such as the replay viewer not letting you spectate a target in it. Play Arcade. People are more casual in arcade and while your endorcemnt will still decay people tend to be more friendly and endorce others back, Endorce others. This reminds them that the endorcement system exists. I got mine accidently when I spammed the the Battle of olympus gamemode in season 2 to get all the titles and I breifly lost it in March but I got it back in April and have had it ever since. Overall it's not worth it though. The reward is half a battlepass level every few weeks.
