As a first time buyer (although these videos are aimed at property invesment), this whole process spunds like a recipe for disaster. Not only would you struggle to complete, what about surveys? Could end up overpaying for a property with huge issues that you're then stuck with unless you fancy losing 10%. Loads of downsides with not much upside for the buyer.
I must say I do smile with satisfaction when i see a property hasnt sold at auction.
