Just got back from a 3 day winter camping trip with Pomoly STOVEHUT 20 tent. Got to say it was the best tent experience I have ever had. Tent is COMPLETELY water proof and draft free. Packs up as small as a two person dome tent and the stove jack showed no signs of wear after a raging fire the whole trip. Zippers are very high qaulity and easy to used all day. I will never use canvas wall tents again. I highly recommend this tent if you spend alot of time camping in very bad conditions. Absolutely impressed.

It's almost winter in my country and I don't have a stove or other equipment, so it's the off season. I can't wait for spring.
one of the best meals ive ever had my dad cooked over a coleman stove.. veggie soup we were without power and it snowed 30 inches where we were living at the time.. went a whole week without water & power but we made the best of it... living in kentucky we dont normally see snow like that,

If you wanted to, I watch a RUclipsr by the name of Joe Robinet and he goes camping/bushcrafting quite a bit and I've been watching him for over 2years and 1) I think he's a pretty cool guy myself and one of his vids he was camping in the snow and with a farro rod tried to light the fire and he said it took him 2hrs to light (lol I felt a lil bad for him) but.... If he had what you got he wouldn't of had that problem and also he says that any product he uses and totally approves, he puts up on his website (for camping/bushcrafting) sooo having said that, maybe get with him and maybe send him one to try??? Also, you have to fill out a free permit card at some trailheads. They keep track of how many people use the trails for safety and record keeping.

That is some fancy stove. Cost more than my vehicle. Only paid $60 for my tent stove but I think I like yours better even though I would not afford it at the moment. I have to do everything on the cheap and use a home made tipi tent but it will hold up under a couple feet of snow.

Instead of splitting logs, can you just cut thinner wood sticks? I got the Pomoly stove but i haven't used it yet. I plan to cut wood with circular saw, don't see the need for an axe, but maybe you can help me understand.
cool stove. 500-2000 dollars. 5 lbs seems like a lot to backpack with. Wouldnt really thru hike with but seems like it'd be nice for a multiple day camping trip.
I really like this new stove but it is a little on the heavy side for backpacking. It's doable but not ideal. It will be perfect for winter trips where I carry my gear in a sled though!

It's a 3D printed fire kit. I designed and printed it a while ago but I always forget to take it with me.

I was worried about that when I first bought it. It's rated for 265 lbs though. I've used it on a dozen trips and it feels very sturdy.
