It's a good thing the Big Sweed didn't tell who forgot to fuel up the quadtrac Randy will appreciate that. Prayers for Nichole and God bless you and your family.
We pull our 24 row 30 inch planter with a JD 8360R. We have not planted at high speed yet. But, we run the throttle in the economy mode and is at 1500 rpm most of the time with plenty of oil flow. Upgraded with precision planting's high speed kit this summer. Can let you let you know how it handles faster speed after this spring.
Chet what about a row crop quad? You could put on 24 inch belts to plant and 18s to spray. And you could replace the cat or t track along with the 8520
So funny watching Chet and Dougo, always a funny adventure you take us all on. Hope all is well with Nikki, and so glad you had a safe harvest and fall tillage season. Looking forward to videos in the shop during winter months
I watch and like button and prescribe always . Your whole family is awesome . Love you guys joking around makes the day feel awesome . Keep up the video’s coming Chet . Prayers for the whole family.
Thanks for the extra time getting the outside 8520 that 8.1 sounds great! You must have a good set of scrapers on that 220 disc pulling it through that mucky ditch dirt.
Thanks for the great video. You are still doing dirt work-wow. You have a lot to do with field dirt work and ditch work. You are lucky you can do ditch work. I am in central Iowa and the county board would not let us touch them. Our ditch’s were full of blown in dirt. You do good work with your ditches. Good teamwork by all of you to get the job done. Nicole you take care. Thinking of you. Thanks. Iowa farm boy from years ago.
Just get a case row track quad track for your planter tracker. Change it over to the deer auto steer, and you will have power for speed and the traction to pull.
Chet you 3 guys make me laugh having fun at work is always a good thing then you don’t think of it as work ! Don’t ever stop making these videos they are great ! Hope Nikki is doing well !!
Chet, thank you for saying it's OK to have fun and work. That makes employees like me want to come to work and in turn, do a better job FOR the company. A lot of places are so full of that "I'm the boss" attitude they can't get the simple concept then they wonder why employee loyalty went extinct.
Yes let’s start this Sunday before I have to go back to work al week I have to put in my mandatory Saturday this week so a new Larson farms video is just what I need this morning 💯💪🏻heck ya hope Nicole is doing great too
I am truck driver and with all the bumpy roads I definitely like the air ride on my seat and I don't like my nees higher then my butt. We all have the freedom to ride however we like and thanks for bringing us along and hang in there Nicole. 😷
Chet when I finally figured out this summer what you use to write on the windows with I took one to my tractor on the grain cart to write stuff down thanks for the idea keep up the good work!
Those 20 series tractors don’t have the automatic battery disconnects like the later tractors do, so with all the screens and computers in there, there is just enough draw to completely kill the batteries if it sits for very long at all. We had one until this year. We had it for probably close to 15 years, and it had a little over 12000 hrs when we sold it. Very good, strong and reliable tractors. Just getting a little old by this time
While Chet is freezing his butt off,.....the "Big Swede" says,.....it's too warm in my cab, I've got to turn my heated seat down!!! Love the way they mess with each other.
Just his younger brother Stone: instagram.com/stone.clayton.larson/ He has studied fashion and apparel design and works as a social media specialist at Tastefully Simple, Inc. according to his FB profile: facebook.com/stone.larson/ It's Stone who designed the Larson Farms logo which you can find at his IG account.
Chet, also thank you for saying America, America while pointing out the flag on the tractors. THAT is incredibly heart warming these days. AND it means I'm a regular viewer of your channel!
"a minute and a half for that ten second shot" so perfectly sums up making content. I've spent 15 minutes dinking around with camera angles to get that awesome shot that you use for a flash in the middle of the video. Worth it? Yes. Practical from an outsiders perspective? Not really. Keep the videos coming guys! I love following what you guys do!
Just want to reach out and say thanks to all at Larson farms I know it is a total pain in the ass to video all of the time. Also hope all things are good with the wife chet!!
I like you guys sooooooooo much i left other youtubers. Now i just watch ur videos. Seen each and single video from starting i also belong to a farmer family from india. We don’t have big big machines in our country and also not too much big lands. You guys are great. How is nikki now ?? Hope she is doing good.
Dougo don't need to be given topics to rant about, I'm sure he has a list in that brain just waiting for the right time. We do need a Dougo rant each video or at least each week.
Thanks for advertising Border View Farms opening music in your vide today. He has a daily perspective of farming in his videos. Should go and check him out.
Hiya, another great video, thank you two. Could you explain in a video what the set up is with the ditches, who owns them, why you clean them? Thank you...stay safe...Steve...
Did not realize you had siblings. Do they work on the farm as well? At least put them in a video. Keep up the good work. Best wishes and Prayers for your wife!!
Chet, sometimes I don't know whether its you OR your dad talking if its not obvious. And one as crazy as the other. And I mean good-crazy or fun-loving crazy. Don't change, great guys. :-)
I drove 18 wheelers all through Canada the 17 northern states to California for 16 years 4 months and 11 days all for Werner Trucking Company, Inc,. the best and safest position with the driver seat is as low as possible there is way less stress your body when you drive low, most people want to ride high the driver seat in the high position that's for rookies...
Still praying for Nicole
It's a good thing the Big Sweed didn't tell who forgot to fuel up the quadtrac Randy will appreciate that.
Prayers for Nichole and God bless you and your family.
Maybe Randy better at the books than with equipment 🤷🏻♂️
I love to watch your videos, never miss a one. My prayers go out to you and Nicole and your whole family!
Chet, I loved seeing you and Toby at the start!! Great video! Thinking of Nikki and you Chet.
Yay a Larson Farms video!
We pull our 24 row 30 inch planter with a JD 8360R. We have not planted at high speed yet. But, we run the throttle in the economy mode and is at 1500 rpm most of the time with plenty of oil flow. Wisconsin actually has more lakes, I think Chet was referring to was one of their duck ponds @ 7:55
Chet what about a row crop quad? You could put on 24 inch belts to plant and 18s to spray. And you could replace the cat or t track along with the 8520
I agree Chet you must have fun at work makes the day more enjoyable plus you get a laugh or two a day
Chet is growing into quite the excellent manager/farmer. Also, he is a pretty good gear-jammer with the 14-speed!
Chet rode for over 35 yrs with seat low. yes you can see mirrors better but me i'm 6'6".
Have you'll ever raised livestock on the farm? If so what kind? Fun video! Thank you for sharing. Please stay safe and healthy :-)

I love how you guys throw each under the bus every chance you get.
I watch and like button and prescribe always . Your whole family is awesome . Love you guys joking around makes the day feel awesome . Keep up the video’s coming Chet . Prayers for the whole family.
Reminds me of my father on his farm. Playin the dirt until the ground was frozen.
Thanks for the extra time getting the outside 8520 that 8.1 sounds great! You must have a good set of scrapers on that 220 disc pulling it through that mucky ditch dirt.

Man do I ever miss listening to that 8520!
Fine job of floating gears!
Another great Larson Farms video, and Chet I hit that like button as I start watchingso I won't forget to.
Get a smaller Steiger with the Cvx drive. I use it for a 24 row planter and it is a dream!
I love those different angle views
love the videos Chet and Nicole!
Still praying for Nicole and constantly looking for updates on her
The music around 4:00. Thought I had turned on Border View Farms! :)

I hope Nicole feels better. I'll keep her in my prayers. So when are u going to introduce us to your brother
Is it an idea to put a pto hydraulic pump on the truck for the flatbed? Would be awesome and you could get a tipper trailer for it if needed
So sweet seeing Tobey! Thanks :)
Hey Chet I'm a low rider in the big trucks also
Hope all is well nikki!
Your vid helped me feel better since our combine caught on fire today
While Chet is freezing his butt off,.....the "Big Swede" says,.....it's too warm in my cab, I've got to turn my heated seat down!!! Love the way they mess with each other.
Great video thanks
So you float that transmission. Congratulations. Thinking about you guys.
It’s easy to spend other people’s money, but a 9420R/9520R would work great for planting and the. Grain cart or tillage once it’s off the planter.
I never knew you had a brother till today. How many siblings do you have, do they work with farm?

Anyone else find it interesting that dodge boy dougo doesn’t even follow him on Instagram? Or Nikki 🤔
Put the 8520 on the roller and set the 450 quad up for planting
Chet, also thank you for saying America, America while pointing out the flag on the tractors. THAT is incredibly heart warming these days. AND it means I'm a regular viewer of your channel!

Doug,Elevation drop in ditch in "tenths"divided by length of ditch in "feet" times 100=%grade...no chart needed.
How is Nicole doing. Hope you all had a great thanksgiving.
Mess!? It looks like you had fun making it.
If I were to guess I think randy was the guy who didn’t fill up the 600 but I don’t know
I wonder if you guy’s run the corn planter with the track tractor and the bean planter with the front wheel assist. Great videos!
you need a hydraulic pto on the rig to run the trailer surprised that it does not have it
why not put a wet kit on one of the trucks to you can use that to hook and un hook the trailer vs moving a tractor every time you need it.
All the way down and all the way back. Going for a ride.
Chet thanks for sweet video
Such a cool channel with cool people - I think Dougo is cool! Hope Nicole is better!
You need to give Dougo a topic each week to rant about . That would be great . Awesome videos every time
Dougo don't need to be given topics to rant about, I'm sure he has a list in that brain just waiting for the right time. We do need a Dougo rant each video or at least each week.
They make a 12 volt hydraulic pump kinda like on some porta powers you could use for the low boy trailer hook up
The reason the seat is pumped up is because everyone else is heavier than you and it takes more air! In a few years you'll be in the big boy seat!!!
Big boy or fat boy
Thanks for advertising Border View Farms opening music in your vide today. He has a daily perspective of farming in his videos. Should go and check him out.
It will all be okay in the end, if its not okay then it's not the end.
Hiya, another great video, thank you two. Could you explain in a video what the set up is with the ditches, who owns them, why you clean them? Thank you...stay safe...Steve...
Awesome videos, would like to see some anhydrous ammonia applications sometime wishing the best for blondie
How much more than 520HP do you need for the new planter tractor?
another great video , need to put wet lines on that truck. just MY opinion , PRAYERS still going out to you Nicole and Chet
Did not realize you had siblings. Do they work on the farm as well? At least put them in a video. Keep up the good work. Best wishes and Prayers for your wife!!
Thank you for a Sunday morning video. I was looking forward to it!
