8:42 conversations like these in this show just make for such good story telling. I love it when you can get some realistic feeling dialog between two characters, just some real heart to heart shit.
one off theory is that, in the season 1 episode where Carm talks to Marcus about his plum dish and the sous chef that made a gelee recipe was Luca, who then passes the recipe on to Marcus!
I honestly believe that the chef that came in to stage Carm was talking about in his monolog, the one Carm looked at as competition, was Luca. Other evidence in further episodes helps with that but I don't want to give any spoilers for them lol.
The actor is Will Poulter, who was on We're the Millers, Maze Runner, Guardians of the Galaxy 3.
